We have quite a simple pricing structure to avoid any "ifs", "buts" or "maybes".

We simply measure the area to be cleaned and take into account all the factors of actually doing the clean e.g. chemicals needed, how much sanding to be done, access, drainage etc. and give you a personal price based on that information. This is the final and only price you pay, that's it, no surprises.

Sometimes the chemical treatment is not needed and if you did the sanding yourself you can make a further saving, but I do offer the re-sanding.
